Since 2000, Tourist Company "South Kola" has specialized in ecological and adventure tourism in one of the most beautiful and unique environments on Earth - Russia 's Kola Peninsula . We've expanded our menu to include alpine ski tours at Lake Tahoe USA in the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains. And this year we've added a most unusual and exotic experience...a cruise aboard the arctic passenger ship "Polaris" to the beautiful Solovetsky Islands!

In Winter the Khibiny mountains provide the perfect environment for alpine ski trips and organized snowmobile excursions for all experience levels. We also arrange skiing and snowmobiling tours in eastern Finland. Visits to Russian and Finnish Lapland will acquaint you with the culture and history of the indiginous Saami people, whose ancestors have inhabited this mysterious land for thousands of years. We can take you to visit the home of Santa Claus and you can drive a real reindeer sledge!

Summer programs include fishing trips to some of the most prolific salmon rivers in the world, mineralogical, botanical and ecological tours for amateurs and professionals, and sight-seeing tours along the pristine shore of the White Sea.
